About Commodore 64 The Empire Strikes Back
Empire Strikes Back – C64 Fan Version: In 1982, Parker Brothers released ‘The Empire Strikes Back’ for the Atari 2600 and Intellivision, featuring gameplay with snowspeeders and AT-ATs on Hoth. Although a C-64 game came out in 1983, it differed significantly. In 1988, Domark’s C64 game ‘Empire Strikes Back’, developed by Vektor Grafix, followed the arcade version’s style. Now, 40 years later, Megastyle introduces the Commodore 64 fan version, inspired by the original Atari 2600 game but enhanced with 8 levels, new enemies, cutscenes, and a unique end sequence.
